Nokia Corporation is a Finnish multinational telecommunications, information technology, and consumer electronics company, founded in 1865. Nokia’s headquarters are in Espoo, in the greater Helsinki metropolitan area.

This training program was initiated with the objective of training sales consultants to better handle the new Nokia Devices (Lumia Series) and to equip them with the knowledge of demonstrating product features to customers.

Under the program, more than 20 flagship consultants from the North India region, 50 Force Field Area Sales Managers and 1,100 Sales Consultants were engaged with 40 Route Trainers. A Training Calendar for classroom training was used to track the progress of classes for the sales force.

32+ towns were covered as a part of the program. 25 participants were included per training with 4-5 training sessions per day.
